We at American Flooring value the health and safety of our customers and employees. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are diligently monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as Governor DeSantis to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure our customer’s and employee’s health and safety.
 

Practicing Good Hygiene Etiquette

 
All of our staff are following preventative safety measures:

  • Cleaning our hands often, 20 seconds with soap and water.
  • Using hand sanitizer when available.
  • Keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from people who are sneezing/coughing.
  • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces and flooring samples.

Keeping Our Customers Safe

 

  • Before entering a customer’s home or property our sales staff and subcontracted staff will communicate that they are healthy and ask if our customer is healthy as well.
  • Instead of shaking hands with a customer we will greet one another with a smile.
  • Our subcontracted staff and sales staff has been instructed to stay home if they or any of their team are not feeling well.

 

Keep Us Informed

 

  • Let us know in advance of your appointment if you have any concerns or if you would like us to take special precautions.
  • Inform us if anyone in the household is experiencing health issues, like the flu or a cold.
  • Let us know if you would like us to limit the paperwork exchanged during an estimate and we can email information instead.
